Ingredients
- Black Truffle Mushroom Slices 20 gr
- 1 large tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbs Black Truffle Oil
- Black Truffle Salt
- Pepper to taste
- Small French Baguette
Directions
- Using a standard 4-sided grater, grate the tomato using the side with the widest holes, so it cuts it, while also mashing it a bit. Switch to the side with the smallest holes and grate the garlic clove. Mix the tomato and garlic with the truffle oil, truffle salt and pepper.
- Slice the baguette cross-wide intro ½ inch slices. Arrange on an oven tray and toast.
- Spread the truffle mix over the toasted bread, and garnish with all slices of shaved Black Truffle Slices – Profine Food Stores .
