Grilled Squid, Shrimp and Scallops With Black Truffle oil And Orange Paprika Dressing

Give the hotdogs and burgers a rest and fire up the grill for something a bit more sophisticated! This delicious recipe for grilled seafood makes for a fantastic wintery dish that can be served by itself as an appetizer or a top a salad for a main meal.


  • 300 gr squid tubes and tentacles, cleaned
  • 16 scallops in their shell
  • 12-16 fresh raw shrimp
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsps Black Truffle Oil – Profine Food Stores
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tsps. paprika
  • White Truffle Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-hot heat and brush with olive oil.
  2. Place olive oil, orange juice, paprika, parsley, white truffle salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  3. Skewer the shrimp with wood (pre-soaked for 15 minutes in water) or metal skewers.
  4. Place squid, skewered shrimp and oysters on the shell directly on the grill. Brush with dressing and grill about 8-10 minutes on each side.
  5. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with parsley, sea salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with more Black Truffle Oil and your made sauce.
