Mac n’ cheese with cauliflower sauce Flavoured With Black Truffle Oil – Profine Food Stores – This is a great dish for all children
Ingredients

- Half cauliflower, sliced into pieces
- 1 cupgrated cheese
- 1 tspmustard (optional)
- 125g pasta shapes
- 4 cupsmixed frozen vegetables
- 1/4 cupdried breadcrumbs
- Black Truffle Oil – 2 TS Profine Food Stores
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Bring a large pot of water to the boil
- Add cauliflower and cook until a fork can be inserted into the cauliflower easily
- Remove the cauliflower from the water and bring back to the boil
- Place the drained cauliflower, cheese, mustard and ½-1 cup of the cooking water into a food processor and blend until very smooth
- Add water to thin the sauce until becomes the consistency of a thick soup
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until tender then drain
- Mix the sauce, pasta and mixed vegetables together and place in a large baking dish
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
- Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and steaming hot.
- Now add 2TS Black Truffle Oil on top of your food. Enjoy ,
